Crafted. RARE. PERSONAL.

EACH NOT TO BE REPEATED, EACH a Story WORTH telling.

In the words of the Whiskey Maker, Dr. JAck Ó’Sé:

“Maker Series celebrates making.”

The craft, dedication, love, science, art, know-how and time that go into making great whiskey in Ireland.

“And the makers – the people.”

The symphony of skills to make great whiskeys and bring them to the world to enjoy. Makers. Artists. Dreamers. Unsung heroes. Change-makers. Story bringers. Adventurers.

I hope you enjoy Maker Series as much as we enjoy making it!

VOYAGER

22 year old single malt irish whiskey

From the maker:

“Voyager means to travel in French. I have a poet friend who took me to visit a magnificent old church in Paris years ago. Beautiful stained glass from floor to ceiling, strips of light and colour, a masterpiece. She wrote a poem for me - about my discovery of it and reactions to it.

This expression reminds me of that moment - diverse flavours emerge from 4 years Cognac cask influence atop 18 years in American Bourbon.”

Nose

Manuka honey. Black Cherries. Red Grape.

Taste

White pepper. Light Demerara. Vanilla extract. Tangerine.

Finish

Cloves. Hazelnut. Pear. Plum pudding.

DISCOVERY

8 year old single malt irish whiskey

From the maker:

“There’s a privilege in bringing an expression to the world when it's just right. I've tasted very old whiskeys that have been nice, and others that vary. It depends on the cask, on the spirit, on so many things.

In this case, we made a real discovery – selecting Irish Single Malt to spend another 5 years in a Jamaican rum cask. Named for Discovery Bay in Jamaica, this is nearly bursting with flavour.”

Nose

Apricot. Orange peel. Apple compote.

Taste

Molasses. Vanilla yoghurt. Pear. Walnuts. Apricot.

Finish

Pear. Almond sweet cake.
